PILATES MAT CLASSES-
All participants are on a mat and follow the instructor through 50 minutes of controlled and focused movements designed to work the body in a non-impact yet powerful way. Sometimes we use light equipment such as magic circles, foam rollers, weighted balls, swiss balls. >

  • PILATES STUDIO-
    Do you enjoy the benefits of Pilates but getting bored with mat classes? Achieve your Pilates goals quicker with a personalised program using the specialised spring-loaded Pilates equipment such as the Reformer, Wunda Chair and Spine Corrector. Up to 4 clients at a time.

  • All classes are taught by a fully qualified Pilates Instructor and Dance Teacher
    Health fund rebates are available for Pilates Classes depending on your level of cover and who your with.

Pregnancy -
If you are pregnant, we offer the perfect workout for you. Your exercise requirements change throughout varying stages of your pregnancy, so going into a mat class (even if is for pregnancy)wont be as beneficial to you. Each trimester we zone in on different aspects to get you through a safe and fit pregnancy.

Mums & Bubs - For up to 10 months post natal
Repair your body from the inside out
Get your body back (or better)
Realign those stretched and damaged muscles (abdominals and pelvic floor)
Do all this and more while interacting with your baby and having fun.

Classes are taught by Christine who has lots of experience working with pre and post natal women, and has also gained insights from being pregnant herself and using Pilates throughout.
